3. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are subject to change based on material costs, design modifications, and project requirements.
- Any additional work requested after project approval may incur additional charges.
- Taxes, government levies, and statutory charges shall be applicable as per prevailing laws.
4. Design Approval
- Clients must review and approve all drawings, layouts, designs, material selections, and specifications before execution.
- Once approved, changes may affect project timelines and costs.
- Homes Interior shall not be responsible for delays resulting from client-requested modifications.
5. Payment Terms
- Advance payment may be required before project commencement.
- Payments shall be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Delayed payments may result in suspension of services or project delays.
- Ownership of designs, furniture, and materials shall remain with Homes Interior until full payment is received.
6. Project Timelines
- Estimated timelines are provided based on project scope and current conditions.
- Delays caused by force majeure events, material shortages, site conditions, government restrictions, or client approvals shall not be considered a breach of contract.
- Homes Interior will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within agreed timelines.
7. Materials & Finishes
- Material samples, textures, colors, and finishes may vary slightly from digital previews or photographs.
- Natural materials such as wood, stone, marble, and veneer may have inherent variations in color, grain, or texture.
- Such variations shall not be considered defects.
8. Warranty
- Warranty coverage shall be provided only where specifically mentioned in the project agreement.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
- Third-party products shall be covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
9. Site Access & Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide uninterrupted access to the project site.
- Ensure availability of electricity, water, and required permissions.
- Remove personal belongings and valuables from work areas when necessary.
Homes Interior shall not be liable for delays caused by lack of site access or approvals.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, layouts, concepts, renderings, and visualizations created by Homes Interior remain the intellectual property of Homes Interior unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use design materials without written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Homes Interior shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits or business opportunities.
- Delays caused by third-party vendors or suppliers.
- Events beyond reasonable control.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
12. Website Usage
Users agree not to:
- Misuse the website.
- Upload malicious content.
- Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.
- Use website content without permission.
We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.
13. Privacy
Information submitted through our website or contact forms will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
